Uncappify Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Uncappify’s services and website. By accessing or purchasing any service from Uncappify (Pty) Ltd (“Uncappify”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Uncappify provides the following:

  • Internet Services (LTE, 5G, Fibre — MTN, Vodacom, Telkom)
  • Web Hosting (Shared Hosting with DirectAdmin)
  • Web Development (Once-off design packages)
  • Client Support & Maintenance (where applicable)

All services are subject to availability, coverage, third-party terms, and technical compatibility.

3. Fair Usage & Service Conditions

  • Internet Plans may include Fair Usage Policies (FUP), speed throttling after a data threshold, or network prioritization.
  • Hosting includes unlimited bandwidth and email accounts, but abusive usage (spam, phishing, resource overuse) may result in suspension.
  • Web Development turnaround timelines assume client provides full content and approvals on time.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All prices include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
  • Internet and hosting services are billed monthly or annually, prepaid.
  • Web development is billed once-off, with 50% upfront and 50% on completion.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service after 3–5 days of notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel hosting or internet services with 1 calendar month’s notice.
  • Web development deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
  • No refunds are given for pro-rated unused days once service is active unless otherwise agreed.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Uncappify services for:

  • Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity
  • Hosting or distributing malware, spam, or offensive content
  • Reselling any service without written permission

Uncappify reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating this policy.

7. Account & Website Access

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Do not share login details.
  • Uncappify may perform maintenance or upgrades at any time, which may result in temporary downtime.

8. Support & Communication

  • Standard support is available via email, WhatsApp, and phone during business hours.
  • Maintenance packages for websites include minor updates, security fixes, and backups depending on your plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

Uncappify is not liable for:

  • Downtime caused by third-party providers or infrastructure
  • Damages caused by incorrect use, malware, or client misconfiguration
  • Loss of income, business, or data (except in cases of gross negligence)

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version is always available on our website.
